The Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real

I have traveled to the Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real 3 times now and the service there is second to none. You are assigned a concierge upon check-in and that person is there to make your vacation painless. This time we worked with Keren Morel. She was amazing and very attentive to our needs. We were having issues with the hot water in our shower and Keren kept working until it was solved. She ended up having the maintenance staff replace the entire shower structure.

We were also shocked that our concierge from our last trip a year ago (Gustavo) recognized us as we sat at the bar having some drinks. The man sees so many guests each day and yet he recognized us from a full year ago.

The bar-tending staff are always top notch and very accommodating. I especially recommend going to the Blue Agave bar at night. Cheytan Baez tends bar there and he made my wife and I specialty shots every night. Never a repeated shot. He was very skilled and entertaining.

I would recommend to anyone traveling to PUJ to spend a little more and stay at the Reserve. Its well worth the money.
